Install and sign in

Start Qwen, open /mcp, and sign in to Merv. Update with qwen extensions update merv when prompted.
Ask the agent to call project(action="list"), then workflow.status_and_next(project_id). Follow along in the web UI at rapidreview.io/merv.
Note --ref=merv-client (with =) — Gemini’s flag uses a space; both are as their CLIs expect. qwen extensions update merv when Qwen prompts. The root-level qwen-extension.json and QWEN.md on the generated merv-client branch are copies of merv/clients/qwen/; nothing is maintained separately.

Long runs
